The Smyrna Chapter of the GNPA is excited to have Jeff Milsteen spend the evening with us editing YOUR photos. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm at the Smyrna Community Center. This meeting is FREE and open to the public.
Do you have a photo that has troubled you during post processing? Or is not quite turning out how you thought it might? Now is your chance to see how someone else would edit a photo you took.
Jeff will take member photos and walk us through his post processing workflow in Lightroom and offer suggestions on how he would edit the photo.
***Please email 1-2 photos you’d like to have edited to Jen Ludlum at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit an original, unedited RAW file (jpg is acceptable if you do not shoot in RAW) no later than November 11th.
Jeff has been an avid photographic enthusiast for more than 30 years. His work has been featured in numerous publications and exhibitions, most recently in a solo exhibition at the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Atlanta entitled “Shuttered: The Art of Abandoned Places.” He is a past president and five-time Photographer of the Year of the Southeastern Photographic Society, and a frequent speaker and judge for photography clubs in the greater metro Atlanta area. In addition, Jeff is an instructor on photography-related subjects at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Emory University. Jeff’s work can be seen on his website at milsteen.smugmug.com.
Please join us for an insightful evening of photography. Members as well as interested potential members are invited. For more information about Georgia Nature Photographers Association, please check out the website at www.gnpa.org.
