Smokies Wildflowers with Roger Trentham…NO HIKING!!! April 14, 15, 22 or 23, 2017
Designed for those with limited mobility but open to all members!
Roger was our featured speaker at opening night of the GNPA Smokies Weekend in November of 2016 and is a widely recognized expert on all things photographic in the Smokies. Roger lives in the Smokies near Gatlinburg and has a tremendous array of wildflowers planted around his home.
We have arranged with Roger for GNPA members to be able to photograph these wildflowers at what should be the very peak of the season. There are 4 different sessions available with a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 6 to assure that each person has plenty of time with Roger. Each day’s shooting will be from 9:00am to 3:00pm and is available at only $90.00 per person per session.
One of the local camera clubs has an annual event at Roger’s house and he reports that most of their members are so pleased with the photographic opportunities there that they rarely even venture into the park for wildflowers.
This is an opportunity to photograph a tremendous variety of Smokies wildflowers with no hiking and all in one location. These events will go fast so you will want to secure your spot right away.
