Griffin Chapter: Intermediate Development in Lightroom
March 3 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Have you wanted to get better at processing your photos after you take them? If you have, then this presentation and the next 2 presentations are a must for you.
On Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at the Griffin Chapter of Georgia Nature Photographers Association in Griffin, GA, Art Stiles will do an interactive presentation on using the Develop Mode in Lightroom Classic to post process images. This meeting is the second of a series of meetings that will progressively cover more advanced uses of Lightroom Classic. This meeting will be held in Conference Room (#109) of the Spalding Senior Center, Griffin, GA. Members as well as interested potential members are invited. The meeting is free and open to the public. To fully benefit from this presentation and those that follow, attendees should have already subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud and have installed Lightroom Classic on their laptops. Attendees should also bring their laptops to the presentations, because you will be working with several RAW files that Art will provide. If you have a surge protector, please bring that as well.
Except for importing Art’s files, the focus will be entirely on the Develop module, so that you will be able to take full advantage of subsequent meetings covering more advanced editing, and the use of Plug-ins.
Art is long time Lightroom user and is knowledgeable in all aspects of it. After attending this session and the previous session, one should be able to not only to import and organize their photos, but also begin using Lightroom Classic to fine tune the images much as the old masters did in the darkroom.
